Preston B. Whitmore

Mr. Preston Whitmore is the founder and sole owner of Preston Whitmore Industries, Ltd., an empire that encompasses logging operations in the states of Washington and Oregon; the Southern Rail Freight Line; Whitmore Mining and Petroleum in Texas, Alaska Territories, and South Africa; Whitmore Stockyards in Houston, Texas; and P.W.I.  Ship-building in Norfolk, Virginia.  An avid collector of rare antiquities, Mr. Whitmore has spent sizable fortunes on expeditions to retrieve precious relics, with the help of his long time friend and advisor, Prof. Thaddeus Thatch.
