Why is this fanlisting no longer a part of theFanlistings.org?

Well, that is a fun little topic.  It would seem the person who used to be in charge of the anime category decided I hadn't been updating in, and I quote "months."  Well, that's rather funny seeing as how when they decided this was right around the time I applied for the 500+ award, so if I hadn't been updating, how did I suddenly do that?  Well all that aside, they never emailed me, just closed the list and I didn't know anything was wrong until I was doing a website check and found another fanlisting claiming to be through theFanlistings.org.

Well, they were totally unwilling to help since they had already given it away and the person who took it over was unwilling to help and not very nice about it.  I offered t do some artwork and put up a link to their site, whatever they thought to be fair remuneration and they responded by saying I should have been updating and by fanlisting policy, I would have been emailed, so it was my own fault.  Well, I was updating, not that that has sunk in for anyone, and as for being emailed, never was so how was I supposed to have an inkling something was wrong?

At any rate, I will not close this listing, it is the the original and true list, though I certainly will not begrudge anyone who wants to join both lists, it is just no longer a part of theFanlistings.org.  As such, I now have the freedom to not list people who steal my bandwith by direct linking images which is a perk in and of itself ^_^
